Ok...In case you have been wondering.

I have gotten some email about this particular blog and why I am not posting anything at all here anymore. The answer is the thanks to this Blog...Sofrito For Your Soul has tripled in traffic over the last few months and I made a decision to consolidate everything in one place and syndicate to other places (social media sites like Facebook and MySpace).
